VELOBIKE - 2007, UKRAINE - 6th - 9th March 2007 at  KIEV

We are pleased to inform you that VELOBIKE – 2007 will be held during 6-9 March, 2007 at Kiev Expo Plaza Exhibition Center. VELOBIKE is the only International Trade Show being held in Ukraine and we are the sole representatives in India for the Show.

In the last edition of VELOBIKE which was held in February 2006 at the same venue, exhibitors from Ukraine, India, Russia, Poland, Lithuania, Belarus and Hungary participated. India was  No. 2 in participation.  Names of leading participants from India included Hero Cycles, Ralson India, Jindal Fine, Sovereign, International Cycle Gears, Bawa Industries, Lucky Exports, Rider Bikes, etc. The four-day exhibition was visited by business partners from Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan, Germany, Poland, Ballistics, Belarus, Moldova, Thailand, Finland, etc.

Your being one of the leading enterprise dealing in bicycle and bicycle components, we invite you to participate in the above Show by showcasing your products and/or visiting VELOBIKE 2007. We are enclosing herewith a detailed information brochure along with the Space Registration Form for your evaluation and necessary action.

Should you be interested in participating in this mega event, kindly return the Space Reservation Form duly filled in along with your token booking advance of 10% of the total space rental by a Demand Draft payable at New Delhi favouring ‘Wheel Publications and Expositions Pvt. Ltd’ at the earliest, enabling us to book your space at the most advantageous location. While converting, US Dollar into Indian Rupees, please consider the exchange rate as Rs 47.50 per Dollar and, hence, for a stall of size 12 sqm, 20% of rental comes to Rs 17,000/-. The balance 80% (in US Dollar) is payable thru a Banker’s Cheque/Demand Draft favouring our Principals, M/s Danko I K Ltd, payable at  Kiev, Ukraine strictly two months before the start of the Show.
